Jan connects IT strategy and architecture with IT sourcing and the management of large programs and projects. In leadership positions, he has been responsible for large development teams, led IT transformations and developed products for enterprise environments. He advises both DAX-listed companies and startups.
Jan has particular expertise in strategy, architecture, e-commerce, supplier contracting and the management of large IT programs and projects. He is a managing director of Lupus & Company and also works as a consultant. His responsibilities cover IT strategy, IT organization and technical product and project management.
