As roaming transactions increased, so did the volume of unstructured invoices. Several systems and teams were involved in the manual checking process.
Our contribution
Lupus analyzed the checking process and developed an RPA pilot for automation. The work included integration, the design of validation rules and support for the associated organizational changes.
Outcome
The pilot was developed into a production solution. Effort, sources of error and processing times were reduced.
