Alexander connects digital product development with IT sourcing and the creation of agile, internationally distributed organizations. His work brings together product strategy, external development and organizational change.
Before joining Lupus & Company, he held various leadership positions in international corporations, where he was responsible for the strategic development, management and rollout of digital services.
He also leads large transformation projects aimed at significantly improving the agility and efficiency of digital business units.
