Starting point
Changing market requirements called for adjustments to the product and software strategy. Customer and market needs had to be reflected in product development, and additional development capacity needed to be brought in.
Our contribution
Lupus analyzed customer and market requirements and developed a target vision for the product and software strategy. Requirements were then prioritized, and the organization received coaching. The work also included sourcing and the operational onboarding of a nearshore partner.
Outcome
Customer focus and prioritization improved, while bringing in a partner increased scalability.
Key takeaway
External development creates greater value when product goals and internal priorities are clear.
Experts involved
The project involved Hans Teske (Product management & interim leadership) and Oliver Nachtrab (Corporate & product strategy).
