Hans takes on interim leadership assignments and product responsibility as a CPO. He brings more than 20 years of experience across e-mobility, telecommunications, retail, e-commerce, digital health and media, connecting team leadership with product strategy and delivery.
He has deep knowledge of agile methods and has built and led several large organizations. His broad understanding and strong analytical skills enable him to bridge business and IT effectively.
He is experienced in working with and leading intercultural teams and their members in both agile and traditional environments.
